Uniting Awareness Center
The Uniting Awareness Center allows the full healing benefits of true authentic Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda practice. The custodian and visionary of the Center Channa Dassanayaka is now back teaching in Australia for 2021.
A humble teacher who supports inner growth and teaches compassion to all who enter his presence. Channa and the Uniting awareness team generously share a true authentic Yoga wisdom in every day life. Supporting the Northcote community since 2008 in Bastings Street Northcote , after a decade in the space we needed to relocate and re build a new space from scratch. Here we are in our Home / Yoga Studio two blocks away from the old studio home maintained since 2008 in Northcote..
After traveling the world for the past decade teaching retreats, supporting humanitarian projects. Channa gathered life wisdom through experience from a young age traveling the world as son of politicians in Sri Lanka. The services offered are currently available online and are maintained to support members anywhere around the world. Channa late 2019 found he was living with a major heart disease, Channa required an emergency 5x heart artery Bypass operation to save his life.
The heart felt healing and nurturing has become a true healing gift and purpose of Channa. Together we have created an opportunity for unity in its purest form. "With uncondional love and support for all , the unity of our offerings / healing centers shall pass on to future generations to unite awareness for all beings."
Over many Years a small devoted team have supported and assisted Channa and the Uniting awareness community in many ways, the practice and service shown from his work, allowed greater growth and strength to help others. Monks Maintenance Services has evolved from the teams many Years of service and managing healing retreats with Channa Dassanayaka. The Teams added past professional management and executive positions evolved from many different services and sectors.
From this space and connection in the community, we were able to grow and establish Monks Maintenance Services.
